i found the staff friendly and helpful. the breakfast selection was extensive and the food was AMAZING!!! i really appreciated that they carried my cases to my room upon arrival, and check-in was easy.
the curtains in my room did not quite fit, and morning light streamed in.

the hotel is located near a morrisons and a few pubs, very convenient. it also offers easy access to a petrol garage next door and the m20 motorway, so travelling was straightforward.
